By downloading and using Blicq, you join a community of users who benefit from exclusive advantages with our partners (but not limited to). This service is provided by Blicq (Pvt.) Ltd.

By creating an account and using Blicq, you expressly and unconditionally accept these terms of use and the associated privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Blicq.

Validity and Expiration:
Blicqs earned in Blicq remain valid as long as the application exists and the user’s account remains active.
There is no expiration date for Blicqs, offering users the flexibility to use them at their convenience.
However, Blicq reserves the right to introduce changes to the points system, about which users will be notified accordingly.
Using Blicqs:
Blicqs can be redeemed for discounts, special offers, or products at partner merchants. The application will detail how points can be used, including any restrictions or conditions that may apply, such as minimum thresholds for redemption or specific items eligible for redemption.
Withdrawal Option:
Blicqs can also be seamlessly withdrawn to the user’s bank account or credit/debit card in the local currency of the country where the Blicq app is used.Standard bank fees apply, and Blicq retains a management fee of 5–15% on each transfer.

Our users’ privacy is of utmost importance. While the detailed practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data are outlined in a separate Privacy Policy document, it’s important to note that Blicq is committed to safeguarding your personal information.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Blicq solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of Blicq, users are encouraged to contact our customer service initially to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, it shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
